Our Co-founders

  • Lillian Kline

    Leader in family office and strategic philanthropy/impact investment. Certified 21/64 Advisor and Trainer with expertise in non-profit organisations, strategic planning, and stakeholder management. Holds a Bachelor of Business and Master of Laws in International Law and Human Rights from Monash University.

  • Seri Renkin OAM

    Seasoned executive, non-executive director and changemaker with over 20 years’ experience across social finance, venture philanthropy, and impact investing. Seri has held numerous leadership roles, including as Head of Social Investment for one of Australia’s largest private trusts, CEO of the ten20 Foundation, and Founding Director of Social Ventures Australia’s Melbourne office. In 2020, she was awarded the Order of Australia medal for her service to communities and non-profit organisations.

  • Amanda Fong

    Investment Advisor/Partner with 35 years of experience in financial services. Co-founded Escala Partners in 2013, where she leads the NFP Investment Management Team. Serves on the Investment Management Committee for Melbourne Grammar School and the Endowment Committee for Melbourne Girls Grammar School. Former committee member for The University of Melbourne Investment Committee.

  • Bree Fraser

    CEO and Founder of Theá Advisory, a multi-family office serving ultra-high-net-worth women. Former CFO for the family office of Andrew and Nicola Forrest and current Non-Executive Director of the Coaxial Foundation. Member of Chief Executive Women.

  • Ellen Remmer

    Champion for impact investing, philanthropy and social change and named as one the 2024 Forbes Fifty Over Fifty women in the investment sector. After over 30 years of experience helping philanthropists to find meaning and create transformational impact, Ellen shifted her focus to lifting the opportunity of impact investing as a powerful tool for social change. Ellen Co-founded—with Janine Firpo—Invest for Better, an organisation aimed at mobilising women in the USA to activate their investment capital for good.

  • Carol Schwartz AO

    Strong advocate for women in leadership and investment empowerment. Director of The Trawalla Group, Chair Equity Trustees, Founding Chair of the Women's Leadership Institute Australia, and Governance board member for the Reserve Bank of Australia.

  • Kate Temby

    Leader at Metlife Investment Management and board member of Netwealth (ASX: NWL) and Conscious Investment Management. Over 30 years of experience in finance, consulting, and asset management with a focus on strong financial returns and environmental and social impact.
